Work It Out.

I am a gym rat. I have run six half marathons, a Warrior Dash, and have been trained to be a trainer at a boutique gym in my town. I would like to share different exercises that I like or have found interesting.

That being said, I am also rehabing two injuries and it has been slow going for me. I have had to try a lot of “different” exercises since I can’t run right now. Pilates and yoga it is! 😉
