Five years ago, I started a journey that I never in a million years thought would be taking–I started running. After six half marathons and countless 5K’s, I’ve finallycome to the point where I can no longer run anymore. I’ve been in PT for the last three months, patiently tryingto get my knees to cooperate. In the meantime, I’ve been taking yoga (again). I did yoga at MBody in Jax and really enjoyed my practice there. I found a great little studio in Burlington, Roots Yoga (fitting, don’t you think?). I’ve really enjoyed the different classes they offer (Hatha, Hot Yoga, Align & Flow, etc.) My shoulder and my knees have both been feeling better. Baby steps, right?
